Frequently asked questions
What is a data passport?
Your data passport is a single, portable record of who you are: your tastes, habits and history, built from the apps you already use. You hold it, and you decide which products get to see it.
Where does my data come from?
You connect the apps you already use and Weve assembles your passport from them. Nothing is collected without you connecting it yourself.
Who can see my data?
No one, unless you share it. When a product requests access, you see exactly what it wants and why, and you can revoke it at any time.
Why would I share my data with a product?
Products that know you are better than products that don’t. Sharing your passport means recommendations, services and experiences that start from who you are instead of zero.
How do I get access?
Weve is currently in early access. Apply on the homepage and we’ll be in touch as we open up more places.
Can I delete my passport?
Yes. It’s yours. Delete it and it’s gone from Weve and from anything you’ve shared it with.
